Question 1

How does ReviewCatch work?

Accepted Answer

ReviewCatch connects to your Google Business Profile and your customer list. After a job is done, we automatically send personalized SMS and email requests asking your customers to leave a review. We use smart pacing and follow-up sequences to maximize responses — all on autopilot. You finish the job, ReviewCatch gets the review.

Question 2

What is Google review automation?

Accepted Answer

Google review automation is the process of systematically and automatically requesting reviews from your customers via SMS and email, at the optimal time after a job is completed. Instead of manually texting or emailing each customer, ReviewCatch handles the entire process for you — sending, following up, and tracking — so you collect reviews consistently without lifting a finger.

Question 3

Why are Google reviews important for my business?

Accepted Answer

Google reviews directly impact your local search ranking, click-through rate, and customer trust. Businesses with more 5-star reviews appear higher in Google Maps and local results, which means more calls, more bookings, and more revenue. Studies show that over 90% of consumers read reviews before choosing a local business, and most won't even consider a business with fewer than a 4-star rating.

Question 4

How quickly will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Most customers see new reviews within the first few days of going live. Because we use Google-safe drip pacing, reviews trickle in naturally over time. Many of our customers collect 10+ reviews in their first two weeks, and see a noticeable bump in local search ranking within 30–60 days.

Question 5

Do I need technical skills to use ReviewCatch?

Accepted Answer

Zero technical skills required. Our team handles the entire setup for you — connecting your Google Business Profile, syncing your customer list, and configuring your review request sequences. It's truly a 'set it and forget it' system. You're live in under 5 minutes with no technical work on your end.

Question 6

Will this annoy my customers?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Our system uses a polite, proven sequence that gently asks for feedback. Once a customer leaves a review or opts out, the follow-ups stop automatically. We've tuned the timing and messaging to feel natural and respectful — not pushy.

Question 7

How do SMS and email review requests work?

Accepted Answer

After a job is completed, ReviewCatch sends a personalized SMS (and/or email) to your customer with a direct link to your Google review page. The message includes their name and a branded image to make it feel personal. If they don't respond, we send a polite follow-up after a few days. The entire sequence is automated and optimized for conversions.

Question 8

How many review requests can I send?

Accepted Answer

Your monthly review request limit depends on your plan: the Starter plan includes up to 50 requests per month, Growth includes 50–100, and Pro includes 100–300. You can upgrade your plan anytime as your review volume grows. We also use Google-safe drip pacing to naturally trickle your requests over time, mimicking organic growth so your account stays safe.

Question 9

Can I upload past customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upload your existing customer list and ReviewCatch will send review requests to them as well. We sync with your Google Business Profile to identify anyone who has already left a review, so we never ask the same person twice.

Question 10

What if a customer has already left a review?

Accepted Answer

We sync with your Google Business Profile to identify past reviewers, ensuring we don't ask them again. This keeps your requests relevant and avoids annoying repeat customers.

Question 11

What if someone leaves a bad review?

Accepted Answer

While you can't prevent all bad reviews, our system floods your profile with authentic 5-star reviews from happy customers. This dilutes the impact of any rare negative feedback and keeps your overall rating high. The more positive reviews you collect, the less any single negative review matters.

Question 12

Can ReviewCatch guarantee 5-star reviews?

Accepted Answer

We can't guarantee every review will be 5 stars — that's up to your customers. What we do guarantee is that your happy customers will actually leave reviews (instead of never getting around to it). Because most of your satisfied customers are willing to leave a positive review when asked at the right time, the vast majority of reviews collected through ReviewCatch are 5-star.

Question 13

Does ReviewCatch comply with Google's review policies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ReviewCatch is fully compliant with Google's review policies. We never incentivize or pay for reviews, never post fake reviews, and never ask customers to leave a specific star rating. We simply make it easy for your real, satisfied customers to share their genuine feedback. All reviews collected are authentic and policy-compliant.

Question 14

Will Google penalize me for getting too many reviews at once?

Accepted Answer

No. We use Google-safe drip pacing to naturally trickle your review requests over time, mimicking organic growth and keeping your account safe. Instead of blasting 50 requests in one day, we spread them out so your review velocity looks natural to Google's algorithms.

Question 15

What CRMs does ReviewCatch integrate with?

Accepted Answer

ReviewCatch integrates with the most popular CRMs and scheduling tools used by home service businesses, including Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and more. We also support direct CSV uploads if you prefer to manage your customer list manually. Our team handles the entire integration setup for you.

Question 16

My CRM already asks for reviews. Why do I need ReviewCatch?

Accepted Answer

Generic CRMs send a single, basic text that gets ignored. Our purpose-built system uses multi-channel follow-ups (SMS + email), smart pacing, personalized messaging with branded images, and optimized timing to get up to 4x more conversions. ReviewCatch is built specifically for review collection — not an afterthought feature tacked onto a scheduling tool.

Question 17

Does ReviewCatch work for multiple locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ReviewCatch supports multiple Google Business Profile locations, so you can manage review collection across all your service areas from one dashboard. Each location gets its own review requests and tracking.

Question 18

Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?

Accepted Answer

No. ReviewCatch is subscription-based with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalties. We also offer a 14-day free trial so you can see results before you're charged — your paid plan only starts after your trial ends. After that, you're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Question 19

Is my customer data safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption and secure data processing. We never share, sell, or use your customer list for any other purpose. Your data is yours — we only use it to send review requests on your behalf and nothing more.
