How do the pricing tiers differ?

Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you want to send each month. For example, if you typically get around 50 new customers per month, you would be on our lowest plan.

All plans include:
  • A one-time review reactivation where we reach out to your past customers, whether you have 100 or 3,000
  • Follow up messages to maximize responses
On the lowest plan, we can request reviews from 50 new customers each month and send follow ups to those same customers, based on your follow up settings.

When do you bill?

You are billed 10 days after you start your free trial, then every month after that.
